Data Protection Information

We care about your data and the protection of your rights. Therefore we process your data exclusively on the basis of the legal regulations (GDPR, TKG 2003 ). In this privacy policy, we inform you about the critical aspects of data processing within our website.

Contact us

We do not use a contact form on this website. If you contact us via email we receive all the data that you send to us. Usually, this includes your full name, email address and of course the content of your message. We will store this data in order to process your request. We will not share this data with any third parties without your explicit consent.

Comments

If you leave a comment on the site your email address, the provided name, a string of text that identifies your browser, language and operating system and an anonymised version of your IP address are stored along with the comment itself. If you use a social media service to login to the account section, your accountname or profile for that specific social media site will be saved in our database instead of your e-mail adress.

Cookies

Our website uses so-called cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your device using the browser. They do no harm.

There are different kinds of cookies used on the website. Find out everything you need to know in our Cookie Policy.

Disabling cookies might limit the functionality of our website.

User-Behaviour

We track where on our site you go, to identify which content is interesting for you and the other readers. We use this to produce more exciting content and to show you info about our products that might be of interest to you. For this tracking, we use Google Analytics.

This is only enabled when you allow it in the Cookie Settings.

Embeds

We have embedded content for external services or social media, like Youtube, Instagram, Spotify, Tik Tok and more. Per default, most of these services check if you have an account with them and display customised content in the embed if you do.

You can enable and disable this tracking via the cookie preferences. You can find them in the cookie banner when you first visit our page or via the button “Manage Cookie Preferences” at the bottom of every page.

If you disable the cookies for certain services, the function of the embeds might not be given.

Newsletter

You have the opportunity to subscribe to our newsletter via our website. For this, we require your e-mail address and your declaration that you agree to receive the newsletter.

As soon as you have subscribed to the newsletter, we will send you a confirmation e-mail with a link to confirm the registration.

You can cancel the subscription to the newsletter at any time. There is a link for an automatic unsubscription in every newsletter send-out. Alternatively, you can send your cancellation to the following e-mail address: info@frague.at. We immediately delete your data in connection with the newsletter.

The Newsletter is handled by MailChimp, a privacy shield certified company from the United States of America. We have a data processing agreement with MailChimp.
